demeanour adjusted!

Dear reader,

I see from my last entry that I was in bah bah humming bug spirits. Probably brought on by an early-onset winter which seems to be happening here at 59 north.

Today I was cheered by something different....a few hours sailing round Saltsjobaden. Very nice even if it was if a tad chilly. Made me realise one of the benefits of being brought up in northern England and learning my sailing on Morecambe bay....chilly's normal. Methinks my colleagues from Alabama wouldn't agree!
